"Level up" Your English!

My passion is helping learners achieve their language goals through personalized, supportive, and effective teaching methods. My classes are fun, interactive, and you will do most of the talking! We will travel (virtually) to little-known countries, learn about ancient civilizations and aristocracy, study foods of the world, and much more!

My approach to language learning is holistic, meaning we will focus not only on the core skills (speaking, listening, etc.) but also on your experiences with English. Your prior background and knowledge, along with your goals for the future, will be considered in developing a plan for you.

Improve your skills

Your private lessons are tailored to your specific needs, so time will be spent focusing on the areas in which you want to improve. Here are some areas we can work on:

Conversation: develop your conversational skills in English with a focus on "real world" speech, and on forming grammatically correct sentences.
Listening Skills: test your listening ability with short activities designed to determine your strengths and weaknesses.
Grammar: from the Present Simple to the Passive, develop a strong foundation in English grammar.
Reading: Reading isn't just enjoyable, it's a great way to develop multiple skills in English, such as vocab, pronunciation and reading fluency!
Pronunciation: are you stuck on sounds that are similar, but different? Pronunciation exercises are designed to help you master those sounds so you will be more fluent, and others will understand you better!
